"Compare at" or strikethrough prices reflect the manufacturer's suggested retail price or a previous selling price and are provided for reference only. 5. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order, not that we have accepted it. Your order is accepted when it ships. If we are unable to fulfill your order (for example, due to a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraud), we will notify you and issue a full refund.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout. By providing a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.

8. Product use and safety
Our products include electrical styling tools that generate heat. You agree to:

• Read and follow all instructions and safety warnings included with the product
• Use products only for their intended purpose and only with a standard U.S. 110–120V outlet
• Keep heated tools away from water, children, and flammable materials, and never leave them unattended while plugged in

We are not responsible for injury, hair or skin damage, or property damage resulting from misuse, modification, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.

9. Warranty disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in our Return & Refund Policy, products are provided "as is."
